In cooperation with D-Wave Systems, IT experts from the Volkswagen labs in San Francisco and Munich have been the first to develop a smart mobility program on the D-Wave quantum computer. Why are quantum computers the secret ingredient here? Because they can solve complex problems many times faster than conventional supercomputers. Prior to this collaboration, quantum computing technology has been used primarily by scientific institutes, government agencies, and in the aerospace sector.

Drink Lots of Water
Another obvious tip. Be sure to drink lots of it throughout the day—this is important always, but especially during the summertime. And don’t just drink it, play in it; take a dip in the pool, spray yourself with a hose, etc.
Be Mindful of What You Touch
You’ve probably heard your parents say it while you were growing up, and it still rings true: think before you touch! Surfaces that sit in the sun can get really hot—hot enough to burn! Use pot holders to open doors, carry a towel to place on hot car seats, keep the curtains pulled shut to block out the sun.
Sleep Outside
This tip is for the adventurous type. Set up beds on the porch or in the backyard, or sleep in the shade during the heat of the day.

At Lunde’s Peoria Volkswagen, we’re pleased to share that we’re one step closer to getting the beloved Volkswagen Microbus back into production! The VW Microbus was an icon of the hippie generation and fans have been waiting for the Microbus to reappear. That wait is finally coming to an end as the brand revamped the classic as part of its I.D. range of electric vehicles, which will eventually hit our Phoenix area VW showroom.

The I.D. BUZZ concept vehicle made its debut at the 2017 Detroit Motor Show.
