I was driving my Routan from Mexico to...

I was driving my Routan from Mexico to Wash State and decided to get my van serviced at the dealer where I bought the vehicle. I just knew that the service area would be quality as was the sales area. This is an excellent dealership. I wish the dealer in Olympia would follow the example.

I moved into your general service area in...

I moved into your general service area in December, 2012 and have had 2 opportunities to use your facility for service. Yesterday, May 22, 2013 I was returning home and noticed the engine block light come on in my 2009 Volkswagon CC. When I arrived home I used the information book privided when I purchased the automobile and it indicated an engine or exhaust problem and directed me to bring it into a Volkswagon dealership. At 7:15 AM I called my Service Consultant, Neil Brownlee who had been exceptionally helpful in my first visit to Lunde's Peoria Volkswagon back in December of 2012. I explained the problem to Neil and told him I could be there in 45 minutes. Neil told me to bring it in and he would have a technician take a look at it. Neil was immediately available when I arrived, checked me in and told me it normally takes between an hour and an hour and a half to determine the problem. Neil came into the service waiting area in less than an hour to tell me the technician, I believe he said the name Craig, had determined the problem and asked me a number of questions regarding the gasoline I was using. After listening to my answers Neil suggested changing the type of fuel I was using. He gave me a typed sheet of paper with a number of different gasolines I might want to consider to eliminate the problem from happening again. He told me the solution to the problem with my car, the cost to fix it and I gave him my autorization to proceed. The car was fixed and I was on my way in less that one and a half hours after arriving at the dealership. As a side note. I keep Neil's business card in my top desk drawer and see it everytime I open the drawer. Choosing to change my service from my previous dealer to yours was a very wise decision. I had brought my car in for scheduled...

I had brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and also had a clicking sound coming from the right side of my car. I asked that a mechanic check it out for me to see if something was loose. Of course, with my luck, the mechanic did not find anything loose on that side. (Which is a very good thing). The people at Lundes VW are very friendly and helpful. My service manager told me that if the sound continues to bring it back and they will check it again. Thank You Lunde VW for a very pleasant and quick experience.

My 2001 VW Bug broke down right in the...

My 2001 VW Bug broke down right in the middle of moving. I was very stressed because I now had to take time out between moving and work to get it fixed. I called the Service Manager and he was very nice and said I could bring it in. I explained I had to be to work by 5 that evening. When they came back to tell me my car would cost over $4000 to fix I almost had a stroke, but the sales people took over and treated me like I was part of the family. I felt like they wanted to do what was best for me, not for them. They took my poor broken car as a trade in and put me in a New 2013 Jetta and had me back on the road by early afternoon. Would I refer a friend. I absolutely will. I want tmy friends to be treated just like I was. I have never been treated better. Sincerely Wanda Burke

I brought my car in because I was having...

I brought my car in because I was having an issue with my blower fan. I called to tell my service consultant Chris Vernon, and he let me know that he had openings the next day and would be able to get my car in and taken care of. Chris was ready for me when I came in and they were able to have a tech look at it and take care of the issue in just over an hour. I have had normal maintenance done and warranty repairs and every time I get exceptional service from the staff of Lunde's Peoria VW. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure I know what is being done to the car, and where I am at in the service schedule. I appreciate that Chris knows I am in a hurry and he makes sure I can get in when it is slow. I will defiantly keep coming here for my VW service and will buy all my new cars from here. I was originally told that the repair...

I was originally told that the repair would take 2 hours. Thus, I came prepared to stay two hours. I brought my lap top and a 2 hour movie. To my surprise, the work was fully completed in 45 minutes. However, I didn't want to leave the showroom until my movie was over. I also enjoyed the coffee and donuts. The staff at Peoria VW makes you feel at home. Keep up the excellent work....
