Great place to car shop...even my dog was treated with kindness....

When I bought my car it was serviced out with new tires. When I had the car in for service, the guys spotted a nail in one of the tires. The tire was determined to be ruined. The tire did not have many miles on it. I was surprised that there was no road hazard warranty on the tire. I had to pay full list price ($136) on a matching replacement tire. A break on the price of the tire would have been appreciated.

We brought in our Tiquan for the 4 year service. Everyone was helpful and very nice. We were given all the information we needed and the service was done quickly. We have been to the dealership several times and are very satisfied. We also needed some work done at Abra the same day and Lunde worked with them to get that work done also. I called for service and spoke with Bill. We arranged a time to come in and when I arrived he was right there to greet me and knew who I was straight away. He told me that it wouldn't be very long and that he would be in to talk to me in a moment. About 10 mins later he was in giving me the run down of what was going to happen and an approx time frame. He offered me some water and asked me if I needed anything. He came back about 15 mins before my car was going to be complete and told me what they found and what was going on. He came and got me when my car was ready, had the technician explain again what the result was and then had me on my merry way. I absolutely love to work with Bill for servicing my VW Golf TDI. He is professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and just all around a great face for Lunde's. There is not a business of any kind that gives customer service like Lunde's and that is why I will drive from Gilbert to Peoria and not go to the VW dealership 2 miles from my house. Always courteous and friendly. My car is a Saturn as is my wife's car and we bought both at your store when it was a Saturn dealership. Your people are all great and we love doing business at your location....Much friendlier than the Chevy dealer who is OK but I would rather come to your location.. I've come to receive service on my 2012 Golf twice now--at 20K with an appointment and at 30K without an appointment. I continue to be pleased. As a matter of comparison, I purchased my Golf and have had previous service at Murrietta Springs, CA, and Peoria Volkswagen out performed. This last visit, I had an opportunity to walk the lot and I was greeted by one of the salesmen. He was friendly and didn't pressure. I look forward to continuing business with Peoria Volkswagen.

I thought the experience overall was great the only thing I would change about the service I received was the fact that when I first arrived at express service and got out of my car a group of service men were standing near me and no one attempted to approach me, asked what I needed or anything even though they saw when I pulled in.

I brought my car in to get the a/c repaired, and wow! What an amazing, friendly, hardworking staff you have! I made an appointment for 2 days later and they worked so well with my schedule! After being quotes that the job would take six hours, it was done in five! After getting in my car and feeling that cool a/c.. I don't think I'd go anywhere else again to get m Jetta repaired! Best customer service ever!
